Gov. Tony Evers today released a message to Wisconsinites after one of President Donald J. Trump’s hand-picked appointees apparently threatened yesterday to arrest Gov. Evers over guidance to stateemployees asking them to consult with an attorney if federal agents show up at state buildings with legal documents.
