Mark Pocan held a town hall in Belmont on Saturday March 8th, starting at 11:00 a.m. Belmont was chosen because it lies close to the 3rd Congressional District, which, as you know, is represented by someone who seems afraid to meet his constituents and listen to their thoughts about what is being done in Washington.
